Healthy watersheds don’t happen by accident — they’re built through the dedication of people who care about land, water, wildlife, and community.
If you’re passionate about restoration, fieldwork, environmental education, or behind-the-scenes organizational support, you’re in the right place.
Working with the Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition means being part of a collaborative, supportive team that values stewardship, learning, and building meaningful connections with communities across the region.
Why Work With Us
Make a Lasting Impact
Your work directly supports healthier rivers, wetlands, and wildlife habitats across the Fraser Valley. Every project you take part in contributes to long-term restoration, stronger ecosystems, and more resilient communities. You’ll see the difference your efforts make, season after season, in the places people value most.
BUILD HANDS-ON SKILLS
You’ll develop practical skills by working directly on restoration sites, collecting field data, and supporting community programs. Whether you’re new to environmental work or building on existing experience, you’ll gain valuable training, guidance, and real-world knowledge that strengthens your confidence and prepares you for future opportunities.
Join an Amazing Team
You’ll join a collaborative group that values curiosity, respect, and shared purpose. Our team works closely together, supports one another through each season, and celebrates the progress we make. You’ll be surrounded by people who care deeply about stewardship and who create a positive, encouraging work environment.
